At Faye's, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
